M14 Globular Cluster

Very pleasant surprise with this cluster, it came out well. Bright core, and easily resolvable outer stars at the eyepiece as well. You gotta love this time of year, such a wonderful time for going globular hunting!

M22 - Globuar Cluster

I was disappointed with this shot of a fantastic globular cluster, M22. Perhaps my view to the south that evening had bad transparency, or I waited too long and the cluster got too low, but the image doesn't do the view of this cluster justice when I spy it with my Meade LS 8 ACF on a clear night. The first time I viewed this cluster I gasped, I thought it was a dense open cluster, it was that rich with stars! So be sure to check out M22 for yourself one clear evening, you won't be disappointed!
